From Our Customers

“Joe is an absolute hero. I was planning on calling 4 different companies for quotes, and after talking to Joe, I didn’t have to call anyone else. He asked questions about my home, and instead of just taking my money, looked to see if the city had an unexpired audit. After checking in with the city twice, he found out THEY DID and sent me an email with the audit! I can communicate what a wonderful human being Joe is, and with everything else I’m dealing with, it was wonderful to know that there are people you haven’t met yet who are willing to look out for you.”

– Johee C.

“I called Austin Auditors for help with an ECAD audit on a home I’m selling for a client. Not only was Joe polite and efficient, he quoted a fair price and was able to get someone out within the next few days.
Ben came out to perform the audit and was friendly & professional. I got the audit report that afternoon and some prompt answers to a few questions.
This is quite possibly the easiest company I’ve ever worked with. 🙂 Pleasant and quick, from beginning to end!”

– Theresa W.

“I needed the audit done asap and they pulled through for me!! Also the code was wrong and they came back without giving me a hard time. I really appreciated the professional service and timeliness!!”

“It is very rare to find a company that is not out to make a buck rather than help a client save some money at the expense of losing business for themselves.
Austin Auditors scheduled an appointment to audit our home and called me back within the hour to ask if I had checked with the city to see if we were exempt… I decided to check and sure enough we were exempt.
By the recommendation of Austin Auditors, we saved the cost of the audit. I think that it is safe to say, these are truly honest guys. If we ever do need the audit in the future, we will call them again.”
