If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When you submit information through our contact forms, we collect the data you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, property details, and any message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.

Appointment Booking System

We use Acuity Scheduling, a third-party appointment scheduling service, to manage bookings. When you schedule an appointment through our website, Acuity collects personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and any additional information you provide related to your appointment.

This information is used to manage your appointment, send reminders, and provide our services. Acuity Scheduling operates as a data processor on our behalf, and their use of your information is governed by their Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://www.squarespace.com/privacy (Acuity is owned by Squarespace).

By using our appointment booking system, you consent to the transfer of your information to Acuity Scheduling for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to process credit card and other payment transactions. When you make a payment through our website or services, Stripe collects payment information including your name, credit card details, billing address, and other financial information necessary to complete the transaction.

We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. This information is processed directly by Stripe, whose use of your information is governed by their Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://stripe.com/privacy.

By making a payment through our website or services, you consent to the transfer of your payment information to Stripe for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We receive only limited information from Stripe about your transactions, such as the last four digits of your credit card, the transaction amount, and transaction status.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come from, and the pages they visited. We use this information to improve our website and user experience. Google’s privacy policy can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except in the following circumstances:

  • With Acuity Scheduling to process and manage your appointment bookings.
  • With Stripe to process your payment transactions.
  • With trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, provided those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
  • When we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.
  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, users will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website.

How long we retain your data

Contact form submissions are kept for a period of one year for customer service purposes, after which they are deleted.

Appointment booking information is retained in our Acuity Scheduling account for a period of three years to maintain records of services provided and for business accounting purposes.

Payment transaction records are retained for seven years to comply with tax and accounting regulations. However, we only store limited payment information (such as transaction amounts, dates, and the last four digits of credit cards) in our records, not full payment details.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
