CANCELLATION POLICY

We set aside time on our schedule for your job. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice. We may charge $50 fee for any cancellation that is less than 24 hours from the scheduled job.

A “Cancellation” also includes client no-shows or the property being inaccessible by no fault of Austin Auditors.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY

Please pay your invoice by the due date to avoid a late fee of 1.5% per month.

WORK SCOPE

We ensure the completion of the ECAD audit per the regulations set out by the City of Austin. In rare cases, we might have to perform more work than you were quoted for which may mean a small increase in your audit fee. (Example: The property has a back house that’s separately metered and a second report is required by the City.)
